Shiraz has a Master degree in Spatial Analysis from Ryerson University, Canada. Her experience entails qualitative and quantitative research methods and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Her current research focuses on marginalized community groups. She is also part of the Lancet Palestinian Health Alliance (LPHA) coordination team.
