Place: ICPH

The Institute of Community and Public Health (ICPH) at Birzeit University is pleased to announce the launch of its second training series “Research for Health Professionals”.

This training series aims at developing and enhancing research skills and capabilities of health professionals working in health-related institutions (governmental and non-governmental), and comes as a continuation of the first introductory series conducted by ICPH in April 2022. We believe that scientific research is key in the development of institutions and the decision-making processes.

This series consists of 10-11 training sessions focusing on quantitative research topics. The sessions are scheduled to take place on Saturdays and Wednesdays in September and October 2022 except for the first meeting, which will take place on August 31st, 2022. Part of the sessions will be conducted in person and another part will be from remote via Zoom. Some meetings will take place in the morning, whereas others will be held in the evening.

Certificates of attendance will be issued at the end of the series for those who 1) attend all the series sessions 2) commit to deliver all tasks and assignments provided by trainers.

Due to the limited number of participants that we can accommodate, priority of participation will be given to those who work in research or their work requires research skills.

To register, please fill the form in this link before 15-08-2022. A notification of acceptance will be sent to those who will be selected by 22-08-2022.
