The Institute of Community and Public Health conducted a training workshop on August 22,2015 on how to make an effective oral presentation using PowerPoint. This training comes as part of the Lancet Palestinian Health Alliance ( LPHA) activities aiming to strengthen the capacity of Palestinian researchers in conducting and presenting scientific research. It focused on providing tips to reduce public speaking anxiety as well as guidelines to conduct a successful PowerPoint presentation. The workshop was conducted by professor Rita Giacaman who is also one of three members of the Coordination Committee of the LPHA.
